The hospitality I encountered was second to none.
Christina and her husband are two individuals who have dedicated their lives to the culinary arts and it shows in everything they do.
Their rice dishes are their specialty, yet I have only tried an "arroz" once. All other times, I chose the "tasting" menu, with accompanying flight of super wines.
I cannot say enough about El Xato.... this is truly a very fine restaurant and deserving of a Michelin Star.
I am looking forward to going again soon,
