Welcome to Restaurante Oustau set in an historical house just off the church square in the old town of Altea. Restaurateur Oliver Burri has run this successful iconic restaurant for over 20 years The cuisine is French and inspired by some of the great movies of our time. Try the LOVE STORY between a beef fillet and a strawberry sauce or fresh sea bass fillets stuffed with sea food and vegetables and served with a white wine sauce base. Oustau was sympathetically refurbished in 2000 to present an ambience that is welcoming and cosmopolitan. Oliver is also pleased to display works by local artists. Come book your seats and enjoy your evening with delicious food in the main restaurant or on the lush garden terrace where you can dine under the stars
